We have decided to close our Rathmines store for the next two weeks due to Covid 19. The health of our staff, families and customers must be our priority right now.
Our online store will remain open and deliveries will be sent out every few days – collections from store will not be available currently, once the store opens again we’ll be in touch about collecting your order.
We have been so touched by the lovely messages of support we have received from you and the orders too – we really appreciate your support at this time. Supporting independent businesses at times like these is incredibly thoughtful and kind.
UPDATE
We are only shipping nationally (in Ireland) at the moment, we are so thankful for the international orders but they are sent with An Post which involves us going to a Post Office which is not advisable at the moment. All international orders that we receive will ship once the shop re-opens – if you have something that needs to ship urgently overseas, our couriers may be able to help but this will incur a higher shipping charge. Thanks again for your understanding at this time.
UPDATE – 28TH OF MARCH
The new restrictions implemented on the 27th mean that for the next two weeks we will not be able to ship out any online orders.
The health of our nation is paramount, we must stay in.
Any orders that we receive during this period will be shipped out once we return to work and we thank you so much for your support. We’ll be in touch with everyone that has placed an order which we will not be able to dispatch due to the new restrictions.
There are a few exceptions to this rule – mainly the wallpaper and the lockers we stock, these ship directly from our suppliers in Transylvania and the UK so if you place these orders, they will be processed as per usual ( with some delays due to the virus and as long as our suppliers are still trading in their respective countries).
UPDATE – 18TH OF APRIL
We are now shipping online orders, we are working with a skeletal staff in order to adhere to safe social distancing practices so deliveries will take longer than usual, 3 – 5 days more roughly. We hope to be caught up all on our back orders next week*. Thank you for your support and patience.
*apart from orders for the Calm print , custom orders + furniture orders.
